In the main event players will start with 50,000 chips and there will be 3 days of 1 hour levels. Blinds start at 50/100 and the structure is very slow to allow the best poker to shine through.

The English Deepstack Poker Championship is the best structured poker event in the UK. The first tournament at the G casino in Luton in March 2011 was won by Amy Trodd who beat 187 other players to claim first prize of £25,000. In September Jehan Zaib beat a larger field of 225 players at the Broadway Casino to win the 2nd English Deepstack Poker Championships and £27,850.
